1. About these terms
These terms cover use of the Yiwu Juli Trading Co Ltd website and any enquiry, order, or message you send through it. If you use the site or ask us to make a piece, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Orders
An enquiry or order form is an offer to buy. A sale is agreed only when we confirm it in writing, for example by email. We may decline or cancel an order where the size cannot be made, materials are unavailable, or shipping is not practical. If we cancel after payment, we return what you paid by the same method, unless the law requires another method.
3. Accounts
If an account is offered, you are responsible for keeping the login private and for activity under it. Please give current contact details and update them if they change.
4. Products
We describe materials, sizes, and finish as accurately as we can. Wool and cotton vary slightly in colour, texture, and firmness. A difference of less than 5% from the size we confirmed with you is a normal making tolerance and is not, by itself, a reason for a refund. This does not remove any rights you have if a piece is damaged or clearly not what was agreed.
Pieces are made subject to materials on hand. We may change or stop a product.
5. Made-to-order pieces
Most pieces are cut to the size or fill you ask for. Custom and made-to-order goods are not returnable, except where the item arrives damaged, is clearly faulty, the wrong item was sent, or the law requires a remedy.
You are responsible for the measurements and instructions you send. If something in the order looks unclear, we may contact you before cutting.
6. Payment
Any price we quote is in the currency stated in that quote. Card payments, if used, are handled by a payment provider. We do not keep full card numbers. Import duty or local tax, if any, depends on the destination and will be confirmed with you before dispatch when it applies.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can come from carriers, customs, weather, or an incomplete address. We are not responsible for delay caused by the carrier or by customs. If a parcel is confirmed lost after checking with the carrier, we will offer a replacement or a refund where that is reasonable.
Please give a complete delivery address. A failed delivery caused by a wrong address may delay any remedy.
8. Returns
Ready-made pieces that are not custom may be returned if they are unused, within a time we confirm when you order, and where consumer law allows it. A size difference inside the 5% tolerance in section 4 is not enough on its own. Nothing here removes rights that the law does not allow us to remove.
9. Promotions
If we run a promotion or giveaway, the rules published for that promotion apply. Unless those rules say otherwise, prizes have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and the promotion is void where the law does not allow it. A social network that hosts a post does not run the promotion.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, disrupt it, scrape or republish its content for commercial use without written permission, send malware, or pretend to be someone else.
11. Intellectual property
Text, photographs, and layout on this site belong to Yiwu Juli Trading Co Ltd or its licensors. You may browse and enquire for your own use. That does not transfer any ownership.
12. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. The site may use cookies that are needed for it to work, and, where the law requires consent, optional cookies for measuring visits. To stop marketing email or ask for data to be removed, write to Huxiulian@julitrade.xyz.
13. Other websites
Links to other sites are outside our control. Their content and privacy practices are their own.
14. Disclaimer
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. This does not remove guarantees the law does not allow us to remove.
15. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or lost data arising from use of the site or an order. Our liability for a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability that the law says cannot be limited.
16. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay caused by events we cannot reasonably control, including natural disasters, transport stoppages, customs action, epidemics, or utility failure.
17. Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws that apply to Yiwu Juli Trading Co Ltd, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence where those rights cannot be waived. Please write to us first so we can try to resolve a problem.
18. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. The version in force when we confirm your order applies to that order, unless the law requires otherwise.
